It’s that time of the year again in October with everyone dressing for one holiday: Halloween. Every goes so hard on this day to either party, get candy or dress up as their favorite superheroes or characters from TV shows, movies and videogames. Halloween comes from Samhain, an ancient pagan festival celebrated by Celtic people. These festivals took place in Britain, Ireland and northwestern France.
The world Wicce stands for Witch, meaning wise woman. Back them these women were respected. The witches held meetings, known as sabbats, on Halloween night.
3.Trick or Treating
People though this was about candy from houses, but it’s much more than that. Trick or Treating began in Ireland and UK, where poor people went house to house for “souling,” which is small breads in exchange for praying. A little different now compare to what it was like back then.
Pumpkins are viewed as being orange in public. In reality they can be green, white, red and gray. Maybe others should start to use those colors
5. How Much It Weights
The largest pumpkin in the world weighted 2,323 pounds. It’s very difficult to even see that pumpkin move.
6. New York City
In New York City, they have the Village Halloween Parade, US’s largest Halloween parade. About 50,000 and two million spectators visit this parade every year.

People in others hometowns buy candles and flowers for All Saints Day, which is on Nov 1.
Most of the animals such as Black cats, spiders and bats are considerate Halloween symbols because of their historic ties to Wiccans. In the Middle Ages, these animals were thought to be companions of witches, and most of the time is bad luck. People in today’s world still see that.
