ApexKnit Technology Is the New Thing In Accessories Market
This year, consumers have taken a strong liking to the use of knit materials in the performance/lifestyle footwear division, offered by brands such as Nike, Adidas, and Skechers. Some favorites include breathable flyknit materials featured in Nike racers and trainers, along with the elastic-give found in the materials of primeknit Adidas NMDs all which have become hot picks for sneakerheads, training enthusiasts, and everyday consumers alike.
Thus, Herschel’s deliberate move to introduce the well received technology into their accessory offering was likely a no brainer for the brand. Herschel Supply introduces a technical knit material called ApexKnit™ for its high-end BHW Collection (the first trademark material produced by Herschel supply.) The material is comprised of 600D high-tensile yarn which is designed to allow for expansive stretch when in use, and retract back to its original form/shape when not in use.
The new woven material differentiates itself from other bag competitors with its innovative look and feel. The BHW collection features three models, the Dayton, and Lawson backpacks, along with the Network pouch. Each bag is finished with premium icon zippers, rubber accents, with a minimal Herschel Supply motif and offered in three styles, black, grey, and orange.
To collection is available now in select retailers including Selfridges, Barneys, and 290 Square Meters, as well as Herschel’s online shop.
