You would think the controversy with Bill Cosby would end, but the New York Daily News has just released another story.
According, to the Daily News, Bill Cosby wants Andrea Constand to pay up for violating the terms of their confidentiality agreement. Cosby is asking the court for a sanction against Constand. He allegedly believes that Constand and her lawyers are intent on reneging the promises they broke on their 2006 settlement. Constant sued Cosby in 2005 because she claimed Cosby sexually assaulted her after plying her with drugs.
