The British company Closed on Monday announcing their launch of hair products coming to the United States, bringing a new style of grooming within other barbershops.
Established in London in 2014, the company named after British Barbershops close due to weekend trading, was created for a new brand of grooming to the male lifestyle market. It promises to deliver a first class, salon quality finish for professionals or average individuals.
Closed on Monday is focused more on the high quality male products. The founders are three friends: James (sales and marketing aficionado), Karl (branding and design expert) and Sam (former British hairdressing champion and technical guru). They all launched the brand together with their unique skills put to use while doing their day jobs. The friends hope that the brand is perfect for men in the US.
“Lack of variety was a common frustration for us three collectively prior to setting up Closed on Monday,” James said. “We wanted products that could be used by anyone without compromising on the professional finish, quality or ingredients. While women have been bombarded with new products for years, the US male market still has a need for something new, inventive and exciting.”
