China minister Guo Shengkun wants to cooperated with the United States on having a deeper internet security, which includes anti-terrorism according to the New Republic.
Shengkun is willing to enhance strategic mutual trust between China and the United States. He seeks for a deepen law enforcement in internet security and counter-terrorism. Back in September President Barack Obama and Chinese President Xi Jinping agreed on not supporting cyber thefts. China also wants Western countries to be involved in counter-terrorism against those attacking the government.
