Today, Converse has launched one of its largest global marketing campaigns since its birth almost a century ago. Titled “Made by You,” this Spring 2015 campaign for the Chuck Taylor All Star is set to span over 10 markets within the next year through integrated programming across platforms of print, digital, OOH, social and experiential.
Inspired by the encouragement of self-expression and the creative individuals who help to keep it alive, “Made By You” tells the story of its wearer. From rips, tears, paint splats and badazzles, your Chuck Taylors are emblematic of the life you walk, day in and day out. Since their coming to be back in 1917, the Chuck Taylor All Star has been known as one of the World’s most recognizable and iconic sneakers. From NYC, Boston, LA, San Francisco, to Toronto, Sao Paolo and Buenos Aries millions of stories in Chuck Taylor’s are being made every single day.

The “Made By You” campaign aims to showcase the unique and creative spirits of local communities and subcultures from all around the globe. Converse has collected a series Chuck Taylor All Star portraits, displaying the endless diversity and self-expression of Converse wearers of both today and yesterday. Whether its the story of a world famous musician, an aspiring artists, super dope skater or a fierce fashionistas, each individuals Chuck Taylor All Stars hold their own unique story, and Converse celebrates them.
