Craig Peters 67,000 Burpees In 2016 Proves It Makes You Fitter
“I do feel fitter, I’m much leaner, I’m in the best shape I’ve been in for a long time,” Craig Peters said to Coach. “That’s one reason I don’t want to stop, I do feel good, from a mental and physical standpoint.”
That’s the confidence response from the 36-year-old who did 67, 527 burpees in 2016, proving it makes you fitter if done right.
Burpees are an all-around exercise that builds strength, flexibility and aerobic fitness. It also develops functional strength, which is needed on an everyday basis. Peters felt better than ever, actually eliminate his back problems and made the body stronger.
He has a new goal in mind for this year. Peters wants to do more than 100,000 burpees to raise money for St George’s Hospital in London. Let’s see how rip he becomes by the end of 2017.
