Memory failing you? As you get older you tend to become forgetful. Lack of sleep and high stress levels can make this even worse. Practicing a healthy lifestyle can help you boost your brain power. Here is Bombshell’s list of 4 ways to help you increase your memory.

1. Feed your brain. A healthy diet full of brain food can help you get your memory back. Omega-3 rich foods like salmon, halibut, nuts, avocados and flaxseeds will help to clear the fog in your head. Antioxidants are also great for memory so indulge in berries, beans and apples.

2. Quality vs. Quantity. Organize and prioritize your life. Try not to multitask…. When you multitask you have a tendency to take on too much and in reality end up not giving anything 100%. Slow down and focus! When you have no choice but to multitask remember to carry a notebook and write things down. A notebook can act as your backup hard drive.

3. Play some brain games. Exercising your brain will help strengthen your memory. Check out AARP for their cool online puzzles to help increase your brain power.

4. Sweat to Remember. Exercise helps to increase your circulations which helps to get oxygen and vital nutrients to the brain.
