“Straight Outta Compton” movie star Jason Mitchell was accused of assaulting a woman at the Ritz-Carlton hotel in Boston early Monday. He reportedly body-slammed her and threw her to the ground, calling her a b***h. According to an individual interviewed by the Source, the woman involved had tried to gain access to a private party at the Ritz, and when denied, reportedly struck the actor, who in turn retaliated. Witnesses said that the woman could be hear yelling for help from the hallway.
The police did not arrest Mitchell but the Ritz did ban him from entering the premises again, and the police will continue to investigate the situation further. Mitchell has not yet officially commented on the situation but has tweeted several times about it.
