Minnesota Timberwolves rookie sensation Karl-Anthony Towns wins NBA’s Rookie of the Year unanimously.
It’s not a surprise to see Towns win the award. He averaged 18.3 points, 10.5 rebounds and 1.7 blocks. He had a player efficiency rating of 22.59, which is pretty impressive for a rookie. The team didn’t play well together competing against the top teams in the western conference.
Towns however, played up to his expectations. Him, Anthony Wiggins and Zach LaVine are the core three of the team’s future. Them with Tom Thibodeau as the head coach, the potential is endless with what they can. Timberwolves fans should be exciting for what can happen in the future.
