Kimberly Kitchen Convicted Of Being An Unlicensed Attorney

Women Posed As An Unlicensed Attorney

Kimberly Kitchen, of the law firm BMZ was convicted of using forged documents to pose as an unlicensed attorney.

Kitchen for more than a decade has been doing law work without BMZ law noticing. She’s charged for forgery and unauthorized practice of law and felony records tampering in the Huntingdon county. She never attended law school, handling more than 30 clients as a real estate lawyer. The law firm is in disbelief on Kitchen deceiving them all these years.

“Sadly, it would appear that our firm was the last, in a long line of professionals, to have been deceived by Ms. Kitchen into believing she was licensed to practice law,” the firm said previously according to SFGate. “We are undertaking a thorough review of each and every file she may have handled.”

Despite her being an unlicensed attorney, she was still doing good work. An appeal from Kitchen’s defensive attorney Caroline Roberto may be in the works.
