La Chine, a new upscale and modern Chinese restaurant at the Waldorf Astoria New York, is having its official opening November 3, 2015. La Chine features sophisticated interpretations of authentic Chinese cuisine unlike any other dinning scene in New York.
A few of La Chine highlights are a seafood raw bar, cocktails crafted by master mixologist Leo DeGroff, and an understated design motif including hand-painted cherry bloossoms.
