The NBA just released the 2015 All-Star uniforms which is set to kick off in New York City, February 15 at the Madison Square Garden. The NBA All-Star Game is set to show appreciation to those players who performed exceptionally for their organization and basketball culture. The unique uniforms will have 5 stars on the side to pay homage to the New York City 5 boroughs. An inspirational design for each borough will display a stainless steel orbit rings of the Unisphere in Corona Park for Queens; a wave pattern to signify surrounding waters for Staten Island; a taxi-cab checkered pattern will represent Manhattan; a vinyl record pattern pay homage to hip-hop will be used for the Bronx; and a brick pattern inspired by iconic brownstones will be used for Brooklyn.
