Athletic apparel brand, STARTER has developed a line of NCAA hats. Ranging in styles from Snap-Back, fitted caps to bucket hats this new collection is will set out on a soft launch this month. Bidding through the first names to be released will be Georgetown, Syracuse, the Miami Hurricanes and UNLV which will be offered at specialty stores.
Adding on to their list of licensed sport offerings, Starter is looking to score big off this huge deal. The collection will offer both logos and mascot hats of over 200 college and universities that span nationwide. Hitting the market at price ranges from $30 to $40, this collection is sure to be a huge hit not only in school bookstores but major sports retails all across the U.S. as well. Belonging to Starter’s Black Label line, the new collection will become available to NCAA fans this later this fall along with jerseys, jacket, fleece hoodies, and t-shirts at top retailers nationwide.
President of G-III Sports, Carl Banks is extremely excited about the collection and feels it really embodies the sprit the Starter brand was created from. Banks and G-III will be following the creative direction of Sean McKinney, former president of Mitchell and Ness and collaboratively work on the distribution of this new line.
