The Baltimore Ravens have agreed with quarterback Joe Flacco on a contract extension through 2021.

The deal is for the franchise to create more cap space. It includes $66.4 million in the contract with a record $40 million off a signing bonus.  At 31 years old, Flacco has played his entire career with the Ravens. He has 162 touchdowns and 102 interceptions on 60 percent. He’s thrown for 28, 322 passing yards in his career. The Super Bowl MVP has been to the postseason six times. The Ravens hope to make the playoffs after last season’s disappointing end.
