Sony’s video game division will not just have virtual reality games on the PS4, but also music, movies and other entertainment content, set to come out next month.
During a Tokyo event, Sony Interactive Entertainment Japan Asia President Atsushi Morita talk about the latest VR experience for the user. One of the VR experiences is a music video that shows a collaboration between “Resident Evil 7” and L’Arc-en-Ciel, a Japanese rock band. It makes the user look at the 3-D screen, and have a 360-degree surround imagery.
But the VR experience doesn’t just do music. It also has an “Anywhere VR,” delivering a relaxing scene such as being on a beach or looking at the stars. All of these features are making the VR experience exciting for the holiday season. If technology continues to grow at an incredible rate, be on the look for VR features as it will become the norm in a few years.
