1. Potato Chips
Potato chips in general is a “processed carb”, meaning it’s very hard to digest it well. It also affects the blood sugar levels, since chips are refined carbohydrates. No one wants to just eat chips because if the bag is done, the mindset of the person is wanting more. Chips is like the salty, crispy version of french fries. Can’t resist the urge to eat with a sandwich or hamburger. Try to consume it at a minimum rate.
Who can’t resist the urge to eat a piece of cake, even if it’s organic? Not much to be honest. When a person consumes sugar, it can activate your brain’s thalamus and insula. These are areas of the brain in which it stay active when eating foods with enormous amounts of sugar. If anything the brain tells you that the body is not full, but in reality it is. Low fat yogurt tends to pack a lot of sugar and other processed carbs. It also promotes more hungrier since the consumer is swallowing it quicker. If a person eats a lot of yogurt, good luck trying to get away from its nutrients. Watch out for those type of yogurts in supermarkets.
4. Diet Soda
Diet soda represents no energy and a wasted product for those that don’t want to drink regular soda. When someone drinks diet soda, the body expects to get more energy but in reality isn’t coming anytime soon. It actually soars much higher for wanting more food, and no one wants that. Stay away from diet and regular soda as it also increases the body’s weight.
